In addition, Mercy's Registered Nurses have been recognized three times by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Magnet organization.Requirements* A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment).* A Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board.* New nurse graduates considered with practicum, or technician experience in acute care.
