The successful Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties. Responsibilities include conducting preventative maintenance, addressing minor repairs, and facilitating apartment turnovers to maintain high standards. As a member of the maintenance team, you'll be instrumental in upholding cleanliness, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a hazard-free environment for our residents.
This is a 151-unit senior housing property located in National City, across from the beautiful Kimbal Park. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.
