ResponsibilitiesFunctions independently and consistently in the delivery of dialysis therapy to all types of patients including those in complex situations with overt and covert needs and / or complications of treatment through assessment planning implementation and evaluation. The registered nurse will be responsible to prescribe delegate and coordinate nursing care. This position requires providing care/service from a chronically ill to a critically ill through rehabilitating adolescent through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates the functional/ developmental age of the individual served. The registered nurse will incorporate multiple disciplinary care and management with involved health care team members.
