Position Purpose: As an HR Operations Consultant at Mercy Care Atlanta, you will serve as a vital liaison between business line leaders and HR, supporting operations, projects, and service delivery outcomes. Your role involves critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent action to ensure the alignment of HR strategies with business needs and objectives. You will analyze data, leverage KPIs, and collaborate with various organizational levels to drive impactful decisions.
What You Will Do:
Provide consultative support to HR Leadership in implementing HR strategy, workforce plans, and operational services.
Lead and oversee HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
Manage small to medium-scale projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Conduct data analysis to support operational projects and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with integrity and professional conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, and Colleague & Labor Relations.
Experience in state and federal HR laws, government reporting requirements, and policy development.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying HR policies, practices, and programs.
