We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to join our Express Small Package team in Downtown Boston.

The right person for this job needs to enjoy working in the afternoon/evening as this job is a 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM shift . This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston.
This is a very active job where you'll split your time between picking up packages as a courier and then processing packages back in our office.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night.
- Solve various client issues on a nightly basis.
- Serve as back-up walking courier.
- Perform data entry.
- Opening/Closing the office/facility
- Assisting with customer support tickets
- Process Asset Returns
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years previous experience
- Military experience is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License
