Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. You will assist the Office Manager with general office duties. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle by assisting the dealership with its daily operations.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
• Assist in general office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
• Helps prepare critical deal paperwork and deals for transfer as needed.
• File daily paperwork within the dealership as needed and keep records in order
• Review accounting schedules and work with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies
• Ensure that accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current, and accurate condition
• Additional duties as assigned by management

Skills Needed to Win:

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
• Auto dealership experience a plus
