RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Duties will be to Mount and Balance Tires and Alignments
As an hourly tech your role is to help the shop in all ways
Assist in keeping the shop area clean and free of trash
Take cars on test drives after work has been performed
Assist in washing and cleaning cars when needed
Operate independently and as a team member
Ensures the customer’s needs are understood
REQUIREMENTS:
Les Schwab, Tire Rack, Costco Tire would be experience we are looking for.
Communication skills – communicates effectively with others
Friendly, personable, clean cut, focused on customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others
Punctual, takes all required breaks and does not accrue overtime without permission
