We are seeking a loaner coordinator for our busy service department. This is a full-time position with benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner, open door for guest as they arrive
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's 
• Check guests into loaner vehicles
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks 
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicle throughout the day

REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance
• Customer service experience a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Hours for this position are Tuesday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm 

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
