Compensation
$120000 - $140000 / year

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred
• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely on-the-job guidance to all Technicians experiencing difficulty diagnosing and/or repairing vehicles. Advise and provide support on difficult-to-diagnose cases by confirming the accuracy and quality of the data, prepare vehicles or required diagnostic tools and verify systematic diagnosis has been performed.
• Participates in the screening, interviewing and selection process of new service technicians.
• Monitor technician productivity and provides feedback on development and training needs.
