Summary : We are looking for a PART TIME Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for ensuring quality assurance standards are met by monitoring collection calls to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures, applicable State and Federal laws and to specific client guidelines.
This is a work from home position.Essential Functions : -Monitor collection calls as required to ensure that Collections Staff are following Company guidelines and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Monitor collection calls as required to ensure that Collections Staff are following specific client guidelines for quality assurance and compliance.
- Complete collection call monitoring and auditing forms as required. -Complete reporting requirements as required for various clients.
Qualifications : -Ability to objectively listen and audit collection calls. -Ability to exercise judgment and assume responsibility for monitoring and reporting requirements of various clients.
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of the collection industry, including State and Federal laws pertaining to Debt Collection.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as needed. Requirements : -Two (2) year degree or equivalent experience in collection compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.-Bilingual a plus
