Position Details
The full-time registered nurse plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties. A company vehicle will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan.
Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc.
Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
A degree from an accredited school of nursing
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in mental health
Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and the recovery driven service system
Understanding of adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual developmental disabilities
Active PA Driver's License
