Position Overview: As an RN in an integrative and holistic behavioral health setting, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and specialized care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for residents with psychiatric and behavioral disorders. Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments as prescribed.

· Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

· Coordinate and participate in therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.

· Monitor patient progress and promptly respond to any changes in conditions.

· Educate residents on health maintenance, coping strategies and wellness.

· Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities.

· Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

· Stay informed with best practices and evidence-based interventions in psychiatric nursing.

Qualifications:

- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.

- Certification in psychiatric-mental health nursing (PMHN) is helpful.

- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and resident-centered care.
