External Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an LMS Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive support for our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction within the organization.

Successful candidate will reside in any of the following established Merakey states (DE, MD, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA).

System Management:

  • Daily administration of Cornerstone LMS, including user support, content management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Maintains system integrity and understands company policies, processes and department inputs that would impact the system to maximize efficiency.
  • Provide basic reports for training initiatives and project analyses.
  • Add or modify system configuration as required.
  • Test new configuration and upgrades.
  • Uphold data integrity standards within the LMS, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of training activities and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain system reliability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

User Support and Training:

  • Act as the first point of contact for end users and stakeholders, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries related to the LMS.
  • Provides end user training and support on functionality and new features.
  • Assist with projects with internal Merakey stakeholders.
  • Understands technical information but can communicate in clear concisely for all level of users.
  • Assist in evaluation and analyzing of complex HR data capabilities and requirements.

System Enhancement and Development:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization to enhance user experience and organizational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement system enhancements and integrate learning strategies effectively.
  • Identifies root cause of errors, bottlenecks, etc. and recommends and implements solutions.
  • Develop data processing guidelines and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Cornerstone required.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with HTML, SCORM, API, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing system issues and user needs.
  • Understanding of data confidentiality regulations, such as GDPR, and commitment to compliance.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft products required.
