What you'll do:

Oversee daily operations: Work closely with clinical teams to develop evidence-based treatment programs tailored to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.

Compassionate Leadership: Lead the clinical team, overseeing the collection of outcomes measures, offering crisis management support and ensuring quality documentation practices.

Promote growth: Cultivate and sustain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction by recruiting and retaining top clinical talent. Provide training and development opportunities for all staff members.

Family involvement: Encourage regular collaboration with the onsite treatment team, clients and parents to sustain a seamless and client-focused care environment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions and leadership to maintain operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.

Risk Management: Establish and uphold robust systems, processes and procedures that support operational metrics together with the Executive Director.

What you bring:

• Required: Maryland licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist)
• A minimum of 2 years post licensure experience working with teens and young adults providing individual, group and family therapy
• Experience providing clinical supervision to associate therapists for at least one year
• Experience administering clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments
• 2 years of experience leading an interdisciplinary team
• Preferred: experience utilizing assessment instruments to monitor client progress
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team-building aptitude.
