What you’ll do:
Engage in Transformative Therapy: Provide support for therapists with direct client care when needed. Supervise and train the clinical team, fostering a safe and empathetic space for healing.
Personalized Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments to craft personalized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs.
Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective client care, fostering a holistic approach to mental health. Ensure the clients are able to complete treatment by working with the UR team.
Track Progress: Maintain detailed client records and progress notes, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
Risk management: Uphold policies and procedures of the program, work with accreditation entities and oversee clinical reviews of potential clients.
What you bring:
Educational background: Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social work, Counseling, or a related field. Current licensure in Hawaii or in another state with the ability to transfer to Hawaii. Your commitment to excellence sets you apart.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, building authentic connections with clients, colleagues and referral partners.
Empowerment and Collaboration: Thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, contributing unique perspectives to a team dedicated to transformative healing.
Excellence in Leadership: At least three years of clinical leadership experience working with clients with significant trauma.
