Working under the direction of the Clinical Director performs a variety of functions involved in program development, oversight, and coordination of clinical services.

Applicant will be required to:

Review treatment plans and other documentation

Coordinate clinical resources

Provides clinical training and serves as resource for Agency's staff

Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Clinical Supervisor position is both clinical and administrative.

The position requires excellent ability to adapt, direct and drive clinical services to achieve optimum access to services and quality of care.

Clinical Supervisor is responsible for communication among staff, clients, families, and external resources to ensure collaboration and continuity of treatment; actively participates as a part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Must provide effective role modeling and leadership to the clinical staff.

Must orient\train assigned staff to policy, roles and duties and assure they are practicing within their scope.

Qualifications and Skills

*Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology

*Requires independent license (LPCC or LISW)

*Previous managerial experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,541.07 - $73,000.00 per year
