SUMIVIARY

Responsible for providing quality dining service to all Guest in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high

standard of Guest services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Shall prepare and serve food in accordance with sanitation and health guidelines.

' Shall ensure that employee completes their assigned duties in accordance with sanitation and health

guidelines, while maintaining quality standards and preparation schedules.

Shall be prompt, cheerful, and courteous to Guests at all times.
Shall maintain a positive and professional disposition at all times.

' Shall work closely with the Thunderbird Supervisor regarding all problems, concerns and issues ofthe Club.
' Shall set up, clean and maintain safe and healthy environment by keeping kitchen and food service area clean.

Responsible to prepare and maintaining a quality product.
Shall clean the dining area, collect trays from the dining area, bar and gaming area. Wash and sanitize trays after each use.

' Shall collect money for sales and make change for guests.

Responsible to serve the Guests in the Bar Area or Dining Room.
Shall count bank to ensure accuracy and fill out bank record.

' Shall put away all food items when dining area is closed.

Shall attend mandatory training when required.

' Responsible for any additional duties as assigned.
' Shall perform other duties as assigned by Thunderbird Supervisor and/or Thunderbird Complex Director.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

below are representative ofthe knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Shall have pleasing personality and the ability to interact

with the public in a congenial manner. Candidate must be of good integrity, honest and trustworthy. Must be able to work odd hours,

which includes weekends, holidays and evenings. Must be at least 21years of age or older. Must be able to withstand a backgound

check. Preference given to qualified Menominee or other Native American applicants. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Shall have 3 months experience in Hospitality and/or Guest Service in Food and Beverage Industry.

Experience in management or supervisory experience in retail is a plus.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

Must be TIPS certified within 90 days of employment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability
to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with Thunderbird Guests.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, divide, and work with percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data/information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
