Menno Haven - Home Office is Hiring a Facilities Support Technician Near Chambersburg, PA
Position Details
- Employment Status: Full-Time
- Shift: 1st
Job Summary:
Coordinates with Menno Haven Residents schedules for Special and Seasonal Projects, and ensures they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Acts as Point-Person for outside Pest Control Contracts.
- Coordinates and completes annual window washing projects and follows-up with Residents to ensure satisfaction
- Determines best course of action for controlling pests by overseeing Menno Haven's Pest Control contracts or in-house resolutions
- Coordinates and completes various projects such as common hallways, window cleaning, over head lights, exterior garage/post light cleaning, etc.
- Coordinates and completes power washing projects: Pool decks, exterior cleaning of cottages and other buildings throughout Menno Haven
- Snow removal as required: On-call 24/7 for snow removal, shoveling, equipment operations as needed
- Other duties as required
Requirements for this position:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Working knowledge of pest control/evaluation
- Power washing equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management
Shift:
- Full-time, 7a-330p, Monday-Friday; and as needed
