Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Receiving Lead to join our team. As the Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving operations and shipping in our facility. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of warehouse processes.

Duties: The duties and responsibilities of the shipping and Receiving Lead include but are not limited to-

• Must promote and enforce the company safety policy in all areas of responsibility.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Must be a self-motivated, time manager with a positive attitude.
• Communicates in a manner that promotes team building.
• Must understand the importance of continuous improvement in all that we do.
• Must have experience in warehouse movement operations including shipping and receiving of products.
• Must have organizational skills to maintain a neat and organized warehouse and shipping dock.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and will need to pass forklift certification program.
• Experience working with FIFO is preferred.
• Experience scanning and sorting incoming and outgoing products preferred.
• Will be required to load finished goods onto trucks for shipment. This will include banding and ensuring proper paperwork is included on all shipments.
• Will be required to unload trucks delivering raw material and ensure all paperwork is correct for incoming loads.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
