Job Title: Assistant Baseball Coach (2 Positions)

Responsibilities:

The Menlo Park Legends, a college summer baseball team in the California Collegiate League, are seeking two Assistant Baseball Coaches to join our dynamic coaching staff for the upcoming summer season. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in hitting or be former position players with a passion for developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach 3rd or 1st base during games.
• Conduct batting practice sessions.
• Assist in recruiting talented players.
• Manage the offensive strategy.
• Collaborate on in-game decisions and defensive positioning.

Requirements:

• Background in hitting or former position player.
• Availability to live in the Bay Area from late May to early August.
• Local candidates in the Bay Area are highly preferred but not required.
• Previous experience playing college or pro baseball preferred
• Previous college baseball coaching experience is also highly preferred.

Compensation:

• Pay is negotiable based on experience.
• Opportunity to earn up to $8,000 in additional pay through youth camp opportunities.
