Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations while also contributing to marketing efforts and efficient job dispatching. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Management:

  • Interact with customers to solicit business, schedule jobs, answer questions, and resolve problems.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness.

Job Dispatching:

  • Utilize software systems to assign tasks to appropriate personnel based on skillset, availability, and geographical location.
  • Monitor job progress and address any issues or delays to ensure on-time completion.
  • Implement strategies to streamline dispatching processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
