POSITION SUMMARY: This position is will require an applicant to have common knowledge of minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and staining, and sheet rock patching. The position responsibilities will involve aerial work with a bucket truck to fix and replace yard lights, testing generators and fire pumps, and follow weekly and monthly PM schedules to help maintain building equipment. This position will also operate motorized equipment; flat beds, cube-van trucks, tractors and snow plow equipment for on call plowing in the winter.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma and some experience in the use of hand and power tools
· Must possess own power tools and hand tools
· Ability to do heavy lifting
· Must have a valid Driver’s License
· Aptitude to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
· Understanding of carpentry, sheet rocking, framing in doors/windows

Pay: From $20.55 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
