Menagerie Style House is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Desk Receptionist for our salon. Your main goal will be on providing a luxury experience to all of our guests.

A person in this in position would ideally thrive on diversity, positive service attitude and a determination to succeed. This team member is the first and last point of contact and impression for our clients to create an impression of warmth, professionalism and efficiency.

• Efficiently manage appointment bookings, ensuring accuracy and accommodating client requests.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fashion trends to assist clients with style and service recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, presenting a professional and inviting environment.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-ins with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with retail product sales and promotions, providing clients with style and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with our styling and beauty teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience for clients.
• Contribute to the salon's fashion-forward image by staying informed about industry trends and suggesting relevant services or products to clients.
• Handle transactions, cash management, and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold salon policies and procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.

Attention to detail is a must and a friendly personality is expected, but front desk experience is icing on the cake!

There will also be tidying up duties around the salon on your downtime to keep us running as smoothly as possible. If you want to part of a welcoming and growing team, we'd love to chat more!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
