GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The entry-level automotive technician is trained to perform diagnostic tests on cars, trucks, and other vehicles. They also repair, maintain, and perform routine inspections of vehicles. As an automotive technician, you are specially trained to deal with electrical and computer components in vehicles, and you use specialized tools and equipment to assess and analyze issues with computer systems and their interaction with the mechanical parts of the vehicle.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The Lube Technician will work 5 days a week with hours to be determined by the Fleet Manager. Shift days and hours can change based on season and demand. The Lube Technician will work in the automobile workshop, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Employee only premiums starting at $24/per pay period. Premiums are based on employee salary.
401(a) and 457 Plans with up to an 8% match.
Accidents happen; premiums for employee-only accident insurance start at $4.26/per pay period.
Starting at 4 hours/per pay period starting the day you begin employment.
MEMS covers 100% of Employee only premiums.
MEMS covers $50,000 in basic life Insurance at no cost to the employee.
$25/per pay period for Full-Time Employees.
Employees are able to take advantage of our on-site weight room.
MEMS covers 100% of Employee only premiums.
Long Term Disability coverage paid 100% by MEMS.
Salary is hourly rate based off experience and current certification.
