Qualification Requirements: To perform the Talent Acquisition Recruiter 1 role, you must: -Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or High School Diploma with 8-10 years of recruitment experience. -Experience in social media. -Proficiency with MS Office Suite, in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trend. -Must successfully complete Lopez Assessment Certification within 90-day period. -Must have computer software skills in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Bilingual and be able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently preferred. -Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence. Physical Working Conditions: Works inside majority of time. Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment. The position requires normal visual acuity and field of vision, hearing and speaking abilities.Full Time
