The Opportunity

Are you ready to take to join our organization as a Housekeeper Attendant? As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high-level of cleanliness throughout the NBA Memphis Grizzlies Administration Building and Team Facilities. These facilities are comprised of an office environment that includes private offices, cubical areas, copy rooms, breakrooms and restrooms as well as team facilities. You will have to provide exemplary customer satisfaction for our guests when it comes to hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of the needed areas.

In This Role You Will

• Clean recreational facility spaces and equipment such as locker rooms, restrooms, fitness equipment, training areas, and dining area.
• Vacuum and mop floors, dust furniture, clean glass, clean restrooms and breakrooms, stock supplies, and empty wastebaskets.
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer complaints and queries on a timely basis.
• Keep a record of the cleaning products and restock when necessary.
• Ensure all the rules are being followed properly according to the organization’s guidelines.
• Identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
• Follow all company and department standard operating procedures as well as attend training session on operating equipment, chemical usage and company safety training.
• Maintain, protect and keep confidential all proprietary information in this work environment.

The Experience You Will Bring

• High school diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when needed.
• Proficient knowledge of industrial cleaning tools and chemicals.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be team-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Should be willing to work for different shifts as and when required.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation method.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in Events Management or Sports industry.
• Knowledge of sports and entertainment, specifically NBA basketball.
