Job Description:

• Organizes, coordinates, implements, and supervises activities pertaining to the clinical practice of physical and occupational therapy and manages the therapy services department.
• Conducts medically prescribed therapy service programs to restore, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part and help patient reach his/her maximum individual level of performance and independence
• Maintains and updates departmental records and reports including daily and monthly reports, patient records, inventory, time cards, procedure manual and other records as required
• Coaches and counsels personnel as needed.
• Ensures compliance for regulatory and accreditation rules and regulations. Ensures all personnel are appropriately licensed.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate from a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist or COTA program or institution approved and accredited by the council on education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association (required)
• Current Indiana license
• Current CPR
• One year supervisory experience preferred

FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs/wk) M-F Days
