Works independently to provide clerical support for the Division to include word processing, filing, copying, and general office duties.

Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED; accredited secretarial course or equivalent.

Licensure: N/A

Experience: Three (3) years of clerical experience or two (2) years secretarial experience in a customer service environment.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: General office procedures, practices, and use of office equipment and supplies. Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associates degree in business, secretarial science, or related field.

Licensure: N/A

Experience: Previous experience in a health care environment.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Ability to use Microsoft Excel and email application.
