Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is Hiring a CREDENTIALING COORDINATOR, MEDICAL STAFF SERVICES, Full-time Days Near Blair, NE

Memorial Community Hospital & Health System (MCH) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credentialing Coordinator in our Medical Staff Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Medical Staff's leadership duties and credentialing of providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining the utmost confidentiality at all times. Our Mission is to partner with our community to heal, nurture and promote wellness. Our Vision is to be the first choice and the community leader in healthcare.Our Values are Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Excellence and Teamwork. Job Summary:Coordinate the continuous maintenance of complete, current, and accurate credentialing files.Coordinate quality review functions including Medical Executive Quality Review Committee, Professional Conduct Committee, and the Peer Review Committee. Coordinate the distribution of Medical Staff credentialing items and meeting information to the Board of Directors for approval.Coordinate all aspects of the provider peer review processes and maintain files on all credentialed providers.Manage CMS functions, including provider enrollment and facility enrollment and revalidation.Facilitate Medical Staff and related provider meetings and record meeting minutes.Coordinate education for Medical Staff policies and procedures, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations.Coordinate provider enrollment in CHI Health Partners and CAQH as needed.Assist in budget preparation for the CEO and participate in business development activities.Organize special activities within the Medical Staff, such as celebrations, recognition weeks, retreats, and social gatherings.Process all incoming and outgoing mail for Medical Staff Services.Assist in performance improvement projects and patient satisfaction initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.Minimum of 2 years of credentialing experience strongly preferred.Experience working with physicians, preferably in a hospital setting, is preferred.Benefits Package:Competitive compensation and benefit packagePaid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance at competitive ratesBasic Life and AD&D insurance provided by MCHShort and long-term disability coverage provided by MCH401(k) and Roth Retirement Plan with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts Equal Opportunity Employer: Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
