Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is Hiring a LPN or RN, BLAIR CLINIC, Full-time Days Near Blair, NE

MCH Blair Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth coordination of services within our clinic. Your strong clinical knowledge and ability to collaborate with practitioners, fellow staff members, patients, and their families will be essential in delivering exceptional care. Job Summary:Shift Details: Full-time, 32 hours/week. Three days/week at the Blair Clinic. One day/week at the Cottonwood Clinic in Tekamah, NE. Assist in the overall care of patients in the clinical setting, which includes placing patients in exam rooms, taking vitals, obtaining medical history, medication reconciliation, setting up and assisting with procedures, administering medications and vaccinations as per provider orders and protocols, and performing other clinic duties as assigned.Collaborate with fellow professional nursing staffPerform detailed and accurate patient assessments, compiling information to maintain precise patient records, and facilitating the provider’s care plan.Thoroughly document all necessary and pertinent patient information, ensuring accurate and timely transcription of physician orders and communications with other departments or facilities.Utilize nursing assessment skills to triage patient phone calls, communicating assessments to practitioners, and exercising sound clinical judgment in patient care situations.Demonstrate the ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage practitioner workloads, and maintain efficient patient flow.Proficiently draw, collect, and document lab samples as needed.Provide courteous and efficient exchange of information over the telephone, ensuring caller satisfaction and meeting caller needs.Obtain appropriate authorizations and consents for patient treatment.Display flexibility in scheduling and role expectations to best accommodate patient needs. Requirements:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Nebraska or Iowa.Current Basic Life Support Certification required. Benefits Package:Competitive compensation and benefit packagePaid Time OffHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance at competitive ratesBasic Life and AD&D insurance provided by MCHShort and long-term disability coverage provided by MCH401(k) and Roth Retirement Plan with company matchEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee Discounts Equal Opportunity Employer: Memorial Community Hospital & Health System is an Equal Opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
