```
Duties:
- Perform routine floor care maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
- Strip, seal, wax, and buff floors to maintain a clean and polished appearance.
- Clean and maintain floor surfaces in accordance with established safety guidelines.
- Remove stains and spots from carpets and upholstery using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials properly.
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in environmental services or custodial work preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Note: This position may require lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various weather conditions.
