The Training & Talent Development Specialist II is responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class training programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation.
This role will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on enhancing employees' professional skills, knowledge, and overall development across various functional areas.
A key emphasis will be placed on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, change management initiatives, and cultivating essential interpersonal abilities such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive employee development and training programs across all levels using multiple instructional techniques and formats such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures;
Deliver blended learning solutions utilizing virtual learning experiences, instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, job aids, and other innovative training methodologies.
