This full-time temporary position is available from April 15th - June 3rd 2023.

We would love from you to come and join us for two months and work during our busiest time of the year!

We are Melon 1, a watermelon company that grows, packs and ships watermelons all over the country. We are hiring extra help for our semi-truck check-in office.

This is an entry level position. No previous agriculture, or office experience required.

Job Responsibilities:

Check-in truck drivers as they arrive.

Enter their information into our database.

Weigh their trucks on our user friendly truck scale.

Call the driver when their load is ready for pick up.

Communicate with our operations team.

Experience Required:

• 2 years of full-time work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Must speak and type in English. If you are bi-lingual in any other languages, be sure to let us know!

Schedule:

This position requires you to work a rotating schedule between day shifts, evening shifts and a weekend rotation. We pay $750 per week, for up to 48 hours per week. You may work less if we get done early, but you will not work more.

Day Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM

Evening Shift: 4PM - 11:30PM

Weekends: Every other weekend OFF

*You must be able to work all available shifts, INCLUDING weekends.
