**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring projects are financially viable.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

- Develop detailed proposals and contracts based on project scope

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase to ensure adherence to budget

- Conduct regular cost analysis and recommend cost-saving strategies

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques

- Strong knowledge of project management principles

- Ability to control costs and optimize project pricing

- Experience with contract negotiation and pricing strategies

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
