Position Description:
The Chief Estimator, NY/NJ will report to the Director of Estimating and as a business partner for the regional Vice President, is responsible for building and leading a team of estimators in supporting the goals and growth of the Business Unit and Company. The Chief Estimator, NY/NJ will collaborate with other Chief Estimators and the Director of Estimating in developing and implementing best practices and standards across business units. The Chief Estimator will be involved in pursuits from Go / No GO decisions through Capture Planning, RFP Response, and Negotiations. In managing the estimating effort for the region, the Chief Estimator will handle assignment of estimating work, manage and mentor junior staff, establishing standards, and provide a thorough understanding of the NY/NJ market for clients, partners, and vendors.
Salary Range:$200,000 - $250,000
