Melaleuca is positioned to grow even more rapidly in upcoming years. To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Sales Specialist to join our Marketing Services Team.

Overview

This position plays a critical role in selling Melaleuca’s ancillary business products including Melaleuca’s Home Security products. You will be selling these products and services directly to Melaleuca’s existing customer base. Additionally this role will interface with a variety of company departments such as Installation, Customer Care and Business Development.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed all Sales Metrics and Goals.
  • The Responsibility to make telephone sales calls to complete the Sales and Services Agreements with customers.
  • Ability to track and report activities daily through the scorecard statistics reporting system.
  • Strong follow-through with customer activities to ensure that no customer gets lost in the cracks or forgotten.
  • Ability to respond to Marketing Executive requests to interpret commission reports.
  • Ability to work with fellow team members in a coordinated effort to accomplish department goals.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Experience selling Home Security Systems
  • Previous experience selling services direct to consumers in a professional inside sales environment
