The IT Analyst actively contributes to the development and implementation of IT solutions aimed at optimizing business operations. The IT Analyst autonomously manages a wide array of daily tasks and projects, varying in complexity and scope, while reporting to the IT Manager. This position serves internal customers/employees and must ensure that customer service is optimal for end-users.
ERP (P21) Management:
? Responsible for maintaining, updating, and ensuring the optimal performance of our ERP system (P21).
? Resolve issues, implement enhancements, and coordinate with the ERP vendor when necessary.
Reporting and Analytics:
? Utilize SQL, P21 Reporting, EDA (Epicor Data Analytics) and Crystal Systems to create and provide in-depth data-driven reports for informed decision-making.
SQL Maintenance and Upkeep:
? Oversee the maintenance, performance tuning, and overall health of SQL databases critical to our operations.
EDI Management:
? Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems, including TCPX and LBMX, to enable efficient data exchange with partners and clients.
Advanced Support (Level 2 and Level 3):
? Provide the highest-tier technical support, offering expert assistance to resolve complex IT issues.
Documentation:
? Create and update comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Office 365 and SharePoint Management:
? Manage Office 365, including SharePoint, to ensure efficient collaboration and document management within the organization.
AD / DNS / GPO Management:
? Administer Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
Wireless Network Management:
? Oversee the wireless network infrastructure, optimizing coverage, security, and performance.
Wireless Warehouse Management Software:
? Support and optimize the wireless warehouse management system, ensuring efficient inventory control.
SQL / Domain Services:
? Manage SQL databases and domain services to ensure their reliability and performance.
New Building / IT Planning Assistance:
? Contribute to IT planning for new building projects, ensuring the integration of technology infrastructure.
Conference Participation:
? Attend relevant IT conferences and seminars to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.
Salary: Starting at $62,000/annually
• Be available outside of normal business hours as a point of contact for IT related emergencies and urgent matters via cell phone. • After-hours work as required to avoid disruption to the business. • Occasional travel to branch locations, industry meetings, conferences, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience with 5 years of experience leading IT projects.
• Proficient in driving efficiency by looking at overall processes and implementing improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate to all levels of personnel within the organization from entry level to senior management.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Also, must be able to regularly lift IT equipment such as monitors and printers up to 50 pounds. Equipment that is greater than 50 pounds, must safely involve others to help move and setup office workstations, etc.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
