About the Role
This individual will work with various departments and vendors to coordinate the work of other IT professionals. They will document instructions for end-users and communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project to execute and close efficiently. To be successful in this role, the IT Manager should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, and operative product within expected delivery time frames and budget. They will work with internal customers to develop new or custom features for software products and services.
