Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic
- Assist with dental lab tasks such as pouring impressions and trimming models
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow in the office

-Dentrix knowledge, also know how to scan for INVISALIGN.

- Ordering supplies

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CAD software for digital impressions
- Familiarity with medical coding and insurance billing processes
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals

Please note that prior experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not required.
