Description

• Learn and understand theory, principle and application of different Megger instruments in product categories such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers and power quality.
• Assist Megger clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as related to Megger test equipment and its applications.
• Answer technical queries of technicians and engineers from electric utilities and other power companies; research accurate solutions for more efficient troubleshooting.
• Evaluate engineering prototypes of Megger units as per the stated qualifications to validate its performance and operation. Submit report of the evaluation of the equipment. Check and validate new firmware and software of Megger units prior to its release. Submit bugs and issues to Engineering for correction.
• Help inside and outside sales personnel on technical questions associated with Megger products.
