Customer Success Summer Intern

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Client Success team! This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer success within a dynamic and growing company. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assisting Client Success Team in the day-to-day support of their assigned school accounts, specifically event schedule upload creation and management.

• Answering customer inquiries and support requests to solve problems, either via phone, email, or chat.

• Resolve any questions, comments, and issues from customers – keeping customer satisfaction top of mind.

• Work collaboratively with Client Success Manager and internal teams to streamline processes and continue to grow adoption for schools and fans.

• Ability to travel to events, meetings, and trainings as required.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to remain stationary for a long period of time, including working on a computer. 

• Position may also be required to travel to client sites. This could include standing and walking for prolonged periods of time, and while outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Must be able to independently lift up to 25lbs.
