Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in computer applications, and have a strong attention to detail.
We are a Air Compressor Manufacture dealing with B2B supplier in the Air Industry based in Houston TX .
For this position, you will be working in our Houston Office Daily Responsibilities as Administrative Office Assistant - Accounting based preferred
--Handling day and day out statement and keying in QuickBooks including Billing.
-- Assisting in Cost Calculation
-- Handling Account setup procedure - credit references
-- Assists Manager daily work
Preferable Mandarin speakers - QuickBooks Experiences is a plus.
Minimal 1 year experience is needed as long you are willing to learn
High school diploma or higher ; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking skills. Keep paperwork organized. Detail-oriented and able to resolve Shipping grievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Professional in-person and phone presence and etiquette
