We are seeking dedicated Construction Laborers (Independent contractors) to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will work on various construction sites assisting with physical tasks to support the completion of projects.

Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled workers as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment is a plus
