About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner with a strong background in building and leading the HRBP function. The successful candidate will have a strategic HRBP experience in a matrixed, dynamic, high-growth biotech or pharma organization. This executive will be a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for leading HRBP engagement, building impactful relationships, and enhancing the HRBP function to support the organization's long-term people strategy and planning. The role includes people leadership responsibilities, with a focus on talent and change management, senior leadership engagement, process development, and project management.Candidates must have at least 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 8 years in a people leadership role, and a strong background in biotech or pharma business. The role requires the ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, and a proven track record of building trust partnerships across functional teams and at all levels of leadership. Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and project management skills are essential. Experience in commercial biotech or pharma, international settings, and strong analytical capabilities are preferred. The VP, HRBP will also be involved in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and guiding on employee matters, including complex situations that may require legal partnership.
