Full Job Description

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Meem Behavior Institute LLC!

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work with the child and family to develop and implement behavior plans. You will evaluate progress and provide feedback on the child’s behavior.

Job Duties:

  • Provide direct services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Provide indirect services to parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Provide supervision and training for staff members who provide direct services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
  • Evaluate progress of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using the Applied Behavior Analysis System (ABA-AS)
  • Provide feedback on child’s progress using an ABA training program, a smartphone app, and electronic device(s)
  • Communicate with parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) via email or phone calls.
  • Complete documentation in the child’s electronic medical record.
  • Complete assessments, paperwork, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

  • Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (preferred but not required)

Education:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst Associate (BCBA-A) preferred but not required.
  • Master's degree in psychology from an accredited college or university

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $71,217.00 - $75,884.00 per year
