Training Project Coordinator
for the Fort Worth facility.
Training is a critical and exciting aspect of the Fort Worth Operations Team.

. - Drive

raining

nnovation: Make improvements and improve effectiveness of training processes in original ways while
maintaining
compliance. - Provide

echnical

upport for

raining: Provide technical support on matters of significant importance and training compliance to stakeholders. - Provide
system
t
raining
, assignment
,
and
a
ccess
s
upport: Research details of a variety of specialized applications access, including SAP, to respond to requests and problems and to find the best fit for the users. - Lead and/or
s
upport
t
raining
p
rojects:
Champion
training projects across the matrix interdepartmentally within Fort Worth, CORP training quality specialists, and trainers at other Medtronic facilities. - Support
t
raining related CAPA’s: Satisfy training related audit findings by completing CAPAs and/or supporting others CAPAs with training related information. - Provide
a
udit
s
upport for
t
raining:
Participate
in internal and external audits by providing training content information, training process information, and training records.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently employed or contracted with Medtronic
- SAP
Experience - Cornerstone
/
LMS
Experience - Medical Device Manufacturing
