Job Description:

Description: The Project Coordinator – CH Quality will assist the specified department as the primary resource for data related to and maintaining and tracking of multi-department project activities. This position is an integral member of the Community Health Quality team and will be responsible for organizing and controlling activities. The Project Coordinator – CH Quality will manage and monitor the continuous process improvement and regulatory reporting.

Typical Duties:

  • Gathers all report information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and meetings.
  • Works with the project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
  • Acts as a resource for information and initiatives related to continuous Community Health Quality improvement
  • Maintains document control, database management, and track project activities.
  • Manages Community Health Quality project to achieve project milestones and specified results to include assisting the development and/or implementation of project evaluation tools.
  • Responsible for self-management of projects, task and timelines ensuring that approvals from Director of Community Health Quality are obtained prior to work commencing.
  • Compiles and manipulates data with the expectation of transforming into logical, defensible, presentable and actionable information.
  • Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
  • Develops and reviews project statuses and reports.
  • Maintains an in-depth understanding of business intelligence principles and industry best practices and makes recommendations to gain efficiencies in Community Health Quality
  • Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


    Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 2 plus years of experience in project tracking and multi-department project activities.
  • Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field from an accredited University.
