The Project Coordinator III - Payments is a member of the Medtronic Clinical & Regulatory Solutions (MCRS) team responsible for executing high-quality accurate study payments in a timely manner while maintaining external and internal relationships.

All clinical payment work will be done in accordance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and legal and regulatory requirements.

Medtronic Clinical & Regulatory Solutions (MCRS) is a trusted industry leader in driving best-in-class, end-to-end clinical and scientific solutions across Medtronic. MCRS provides the resources and expertise to execute the payment strategy for Medtronic clinical studies including:

  • Data Compensation Generation
  • Contract Validation
  • Payment Processing
  • Accrual Reporting 
A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Processing of payments for clinical trials across Medtronic.• Manages compensation schedules and reports for assigned studies.• Handling of new contracts and payment entry in various system used to track clinicalpayment.• Ability to use reasoning skills to create solutions and decide best actions needed.• Collaborates cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have
• Medtronic experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite• Ability to learn new systems• Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience• Ability to learn new systems• Excellent organization skillsNice to Have • Nice to have familiarity with U.S The Sunshine Act• Nice to have experience in Medical Device industry.• Familiarity with SAP.• Excellent proofreading and composition skillsAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide. The provided base salary range is used nationally (except in certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
