Acute Rehabilitation Unit Features:

** Shifts would be 1 12 hr. (7a-7p) shift and 1 8hr. shift (7a-3p\)

Forge enduring connections with patients during their approximately 10-day stay.
Guide patients through their recovery journey with expert nursing care, treatments, and emotional support.
Flexible straight shifts available, including both day and night positions.
Choose from 8 or 12-hour shifts to suit your preferences.
Follow a rotating weekend schedule (every 3rd weekend).
Maintain a supportive 5-6:1 ratio for personalized and attentive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
