At our Special Care Newborn Nursery, a Level II NICU, we provide specialized care for newborns born at or after 32 weeks who require a higher level of attention and support. We are proud to be part of our Certified Baby-Friendly Women's Health Unit, which signifies our commitment to providing exceptional care to both mothers and their precious newborns. With a 13-bed unit, 24/7 Neonatologist coverage, and the guidance of our Special Care Nursery Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll have the resources and support you need to excel in this unique healthcare environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
• Identifies current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations.
• Critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.
Qualifications
• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing NICU experience preferred (2 years of nursing experience).
• Active MD RN License and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
